Solid Color Stains provide excellent adhesion to new, previously stained or painted surfaces, which are in a clean, sound condition. Approximately 150-250 square feet per gallon for Acrylic Series #1800. Oil Series #1600 and #7600 cover 400-500 sq. ft. per gallon on smooth surfaces; 250-350 sq. ft. per gallon on rough surfaces. These rates will vary depending upon the porosity and type of surface. Spread rates will increase when applying a second coat. Solid Color Decking Stains are ideal for use on most types of lumber including redwood, cypress, pine and fir, as well as pressure-treated wood. Allowing plants to stand in water is not a good idea. Plants in outdoor containers may need to be watered on a regular basis (once per day in hot, dry conditions). Light: Some plants love to be in direct sunlight, while others prefer to be in shadow. To find the best exposure, look at the plant tag or ask at your local garden shop. Frequent watering may quickly remove nutrients from the root zone, therefore feeding is important.
